Tristan is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
With an ambition to create iconic images of each building he has the opportunity to work with, he appreciates the position he is often generously afforded.
To photograph a building is for him “the best seat in the house”, allowing him to experience the space, the texture, the weight, the scale and even the flaws and mistakes. Having photographed numerous projects over the years, Tristan has a deep respect for all who make them happen, always aiming to do their efforts justice with the images he contributes.
Tristan’s work has been featured in international publications and media.
When not working, Tristan spends his time with his family or playing cricket!
