This urban regeneration project brings life to a former industrial site situated between Deptford Creek and the Stirling prize winning Laban Dance School, forming part of a new cultural quarter called Greenwich Creekside. Squire and Partners' design has three linear buildings providing a formal public face onto Creek Road, which present a reflective facade punctuated by inset balconies and double/triple-storey sky gardens. The top two floors are set back to create a glazed pavilion, and contain apartments benefitting from long terraces taking in the views across London. An 8-storey block with a striking triangular form and central atrium marks the corner of Creek Road and Creekside.
