Centre Point, one of the first skyscrapers in London, is a concrete and glass office building in central London, occupying 101-103 New Oxford Street, WC1, close to St Giles Circus and almost directly above Tottenham Court Road tube station. In April 2012, the latest owner, Almacantar and joint venture partner, Frogmore, held a public exhibition of its proposals to regenerate Centre Point House, Centre Point Tower, the bridge link and the space surrounding the listed buildings.
