BuckleyGrayYeoman has taken on the mantle of adding to this rich mix by constructing a 21st century home on top of the building. For a private client and his family, this project has evolved around a diversity of influences ranging from the Case Study Houses of California to the furniture of Established & Sons. This project epitomises the practices goal of Complex Simplicity incorporating advanced technology such as the roof top pool, retractable roof and living green wall within pure simple spaces, defined by elegant materials.
