Shakespeare'S Globe In London, Uk, Is A Reconstruction Of The Globe Theatre, The Elizabethan Playhouse On The South Bank Of The River Thames, Once Home To England'S William Shakespeare. It Was Destroyed By Fire In 1613, Rebuilt In 1614 And Then Demolished In 1644. The Modern Globe Was Founded By The Actor And Director Sam Wanamaker And Opened To The Public In 1997, And Is Now One Of London'S Most Famous Landmarks.
