N19th District is of course very tongue in cheek In Warsaw there are currently 18 districts. The investment near Kolejowa Street is a large estate for more than 1,500 apartments and, moreover, a truly self-sufficient new part of town with its own retail and service outlets and infrastructure serving the new district in Warsaw.ineteenth is also a reference to the names used in European capitals such as Paris or Budapest. Between Sienna Street and Kolejowa Street, very close to the planned metro station Rondo Daszyskiego, the 19th District comes into existence an unusual, vibrant part of the city. The project, developed by Spanish company Pro Urba, intends to build over 1,700 apartments in 6 stages. The construction of the 19th District started in February 2010. Within the framework of the first stage, two buildings with almost 300 apartments were constructed.
