BuckleyGrayYeoman were appointed to remodel the old Football Association headquarters in Soho after winning an exclusive design competition. The scheme involves the complete refurbishment of the existing 64,000 square foot, eight-storey building to create new office space aimed at the creative industries of the area. Suspended ceilings were designed out in favour of exposed services and a palette of concrete and steel introduced to provide a robust aesthetic. Adding additional space to the original building further enhanced the schemes desirability, along with a new double-height reception area at ground floor.
