Daniel is an International award winning* architectural photographer. Based in London after obtaining his Photographic Communication Degree at Falmouth College of Arts, he travels extensively for a diverse range of clients.
Working as Ove Arup and Partners’ primary freelance photographer he followed the development of the prestigious HS1 Eurostar redevelopment with dramatic and graphic results. From the 3 front covers of Blueprint Magazine in 2008 to the new Wallpaper book on Bologna, Italy, it is his meticulous attention to visual balance and the capture of a structure’s essence that predominates.
Daniel’s iconic images are the product of close discussion with the client to obtain an in depth knowledge of the cultural and historical context in which the project is located. Thus with an understanding of the architect’s personal aspirations a tailored view can be created often surpassing initial creative expectations.
Images are produced across all formats with both digital and film methods of capture.
